ENERGY AND HOUSING -
Provides low rent public housing units including low income public housing for elderly and families. Emergency and temporary housing is not available, but priority can be given to a homeless person or family. Fees vary depending on eligibility. Call for an intake appointment. Must complete an application.

SECTION 8 RENTAL ASSISTANCE -
Provides assistance in the form of vouchers that enable income-eligible families to find and lease approved privately owned housing. Emergency and temporary housing is not available, but priority can be given to a homeless person or family. Fees vary depending on eligibility. Call for an intake appointment. Must complete an application.
Eligibility: Must reside in the City of Hornell and meet income guidelines.
