Trouble Dialing?

We get occasional reports that people have had difficulty reaching 2-1-1 in our region.

To call from within an organization with its own telephone system, check with your telephone technology department to see that 2-1-1 dialing has been enabled.

Every major telephone carrier in the region has programmed 2-1-1 dialing for its customers. There are many small providers now operating that have not completed the necessary programming. If this is the case, please contact your carrier and ask if 2-1-1 dialing has been enabled.
