4-H at Cornell University Cooperative Extension - Chemung County
Offers a youth group that gives members the opportunity to participate in educational learn by doing projects and promotes healthy social interaction helping youth maximize their social, emotional, physical and academic potential. Provides opportunities to go to camp, publicly show their work, travel, host international youth, and attend meetings and events at Cornell University. 4-H programming provides a framework on which youth can build self-confidence, responsibility, and generosity.
Serves: Chemung County.
Eligibility: Must be 5-19 years old.
Fees: Small enrollment fees may apply.
Payment Options: Private pay.
Intake Process: Call or go to website for programming information. Must complete an enrollment form.
4-H Club and project leaders, fair helpers, presentation judges, instructors, and chaperons are needed. Leaders must be 18 or older.
